Jack goes here The wide shot from next week, with the empty space on this side. This is the first thing a man decides on.

Therapy for men who would rather fix it than talk about it.

Jack works with men in Raleigh and across North Carolina on stress, anger, relationships and the weight you carry on your own. Straight talk, a plan, and no couch clichés.

Most men do not come in because something broke. They come in because nothing did, and it still feels like this.

If any of these sound familiar, you are in the right place.

You are short with the people you love and cannot say why.
Work is fine. You are not.
Everyone thinks you have it together, and you are tired of that being the job.
You have never done this before and would rather not need to.

None of that makes you a project. It makes you a man who is paying attention. That is the whole starting point.

What we actually work on.

Plain names for real things. Most men come in with two or three of these tangled together, and that is fine, we untangle them in order.

01

Stress and burnout

The version of tired that sleep does not fix. Getting your capacity back without quitting your life.

02

Anger and irritability

The short fuse, the slammed door, the thing you said. What is underneath it and how to catch it earlier.

03

Relationships and fatherhood

Being the partner and the dad you meant to be, instead of the one you are when you are running on empty.

04

Grief and loss

A parent, a marriage, a career, a version of yourself. Grief does not care that you are busy.

05

Confidence and purpose

When the goals got met and the feeling did not arrive. Figuring out what you actually want next.

06

Big transitions

Divorce, a new baby, a move, retirement, a diagnosis. The ground shifted and you are still standing on it.

How it works, start to finish.

A 15 minute call, freeYou tell Jack what is going on, he tells you honestly whether he is the right fit. No forms, no pressure.
2
First session, 50 minutesIn person in Raleigh or by video from anywhere in North Carolina. You leave with a clear read on what we are dealing with.
3
Weekly at first, then as neededMost men notice a difference in a few weeks. You set the pace, and you can stop whenever you want to.

Nothing you say leaves the room. Confidentiality is the law, and it is also the point.

About Jack.

This is where you tell them, in your own words, why you do this work and what a session with you actually feels like. Two short paragraphs. Not a resume, a reason.

Insurance, out of network reimbursement and sliding scale: whatever you actually offer goes here in plain English. Men read this section before they call.

Questions men ask before they call.

Is this confidential?

Yes. What you say in session stays in session, by law and by principle. The rare exceptions, like immediate danger to you or someone else, get explained plainly in your first session.

I have never done therapy. What is it actually like?

A conversation with someone whose job is to help you think clearly, not to nod at you. You talk, Jack asks better questions than your friends do, and you leave with something to try before next week.

Do I have to talk about my childhood?

Only if it is relevant, and you will know when it is. Most men start with what happened this week, and that works fine.

In person or online?

Both. In person in Raleigh, or by secure video anywhere in North Carolina. Plenty of men do the first one in the office and the rest from the truck.

What if I just want a couple of sessions?

Then that is what you get. There is no minimum and no contract. Some men come for six weeks and get what they came for.

Start with the 15 minute call.

Or text, if that is easier. Jack replies himself, usually the same day.

If you are in crisis right now, call or text 988, the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, any hour. This page is not for emergencies.

Private. Goes straight to Jack, nobody else.
